Product Overview
Vitech offers Equitrak, a powerful enterprise solution designed to meet the front and back office needs of the Alternative Asset community. Offering powerful functionality for investment and partnership administration, it was specifically designed to meet the requirements of fund sponsors, institutional investors, investment advisors and third party administrative service firms worldwide. Equitrak delivers comprehensive functionality for a full spectrum of Private Equity operations, from Direct and Fund-of-Funds investment administration, to Contribution and Distribution processing, to Partnership allocations and Capital Account Maintenance. Equitrak includes capabilities for Management fee and IRR processing, multi-currency operations, Deal Flow management, and even tax reporting.

Equitrak also includes powerful enterprise capabilities including General Ledger operations, customer relationship management, document processing and management, and almost limitless internal and external reporting.

Vitech’s Equitrak product is now in its fifth major release. Position Description

As a Solutions Analyst is responsible for the functional mapping of client business requirements to the Equitrak solution. Solutions mapping can include specifications for product enhancements, system configurations and/or business process improvements. The solutions analyst is responsible for the overall functional suitability of the solution. In this capacity, the solutions analyst shares responsibility for system business design, the drafting of initial spec documents, implementation issues and Onsite Q&A. Working closely with the Vitech development team, the solutions analyst obtains clarification of requirements and reviews proposed design solutions to ensure the installed solution meets all system implementation requirements. He/she will be supported by a solutions team that will work on and off site as needs dictate and at the direction of the project manager.

Required skills and experience include:
· A demonstrated excellence in analysis of business process, documentation presentation and testing.
· Applied knowledge of the SDLC and software development methodologies.
· Strong SQL proficiency.
· Good understanding of Relational Databases
· Demonstrated ability to build Use Cases and requirements management tools
· Strong skills required in critical thinking and data analysis
· Adherence to delivery deadlines
· Verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem solving skills.
· Experience in systems implementation or integration projects is a plus.
· Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in management, business or similar field
· Minimum of 6 years experience is required.
· Good understanding of Private Equity funds and professional services industry is a plus.
· Travel may be required.
