| We are seeking a true leader in the industry of Physical Therapy who strives to make a difference. This motivated individual MUST have an entrepreneurial spirit as well. Our high energy outpatient orthopedic clinics is located in multiple cities in eastern Michigan, with our newest clinic opening in Bay City. We provide a friendly, positive environment while delivering high quality care to our patients. Our clinics treat a wide variety of injuries to include a diverse orthopedic population. Our commitment is to deliver high quality, one-on-one care to our patients. If you enjoy caring for patients from diagnosis through full recovery, this is the opportunity for you! The Director is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the facility, as well as focusing on providing quality patient care. In addition, this person will be responsible for marketing the facility and staff development along with providing top quality patient care. We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary plus an individual incentive plan to include GENEROUS Profit Share. EOE We are seeking: • Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum. • Two or more year(s) of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital preferred. • Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting. Current state of Michigan license, CPR certification. • Outgoing and energetic personality. • Ability to market the clinic |
