Associate FX Artist
This developing role will work closely with the FX team to help drive the evolution of visual FX in our games.
Specific tasks & projects will include:
Working with lead and senior artists on creating unique and interesting visual representations for events in our games; developing new particle systems through fork particle studio and our own proprietary software; modeling, texturing and animating 3D FX using Maya; hook up FX through script and script FX interactions; managing large amounts of data and working with various software applications to design various elements of a visual FX.
Maintain perforce branches and builds; test content in builds; plan and create unique particle systems; fix bugs and resolve issues; participate in reviews with lead artists.
Required Skills:
Required background & experience:
Demonstrated skills and good knowledge of one or more of the following: Maya, Scripting and integration tools plus at least 1 year of relevant experience.
