Currently Turbine is poised for unprecedented growth and is seeking highly talented individuals to join us on our mission to create the next generation of online entertainment that unifies the best of massively multiplayer online games, virtual worlds and social networks on and across both PC and Console platforms.

Job Summary:
The Production Artist collaborates closely with Art, Animation, and members of the Content/Design Teams to conceptualize, design, model and texture AAA game assets and asset systems in a timely and dependable manner.

Essential Functions:
• Collaboratively designing, modeling and texturing AAA game character assets and asset systems
• Staying up to date with leading edge game tech and processes

Required Skills:
• Exceptional mix of traditional 2D Texturing and 3D Modeling skills
• 2+ years of relevant game production experience
• Extensive working knowledge of Photoshop, Maya and Zbrush or comparable
• Strong knowledge of human and animal anatomy
• Ability to perform well under pressure and deliver work in a timely manner
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong belief in a Team-based approach
• Ability to learn proprietary tools quickly and work within a complex asset creation pipeline

Pluses:
• technical background (rigging, shaders)
• MMP development knowledge, experience and interest
