| Job Description: |
Works under the direction of the Erosion Control Supervisor and Assistant Foreman. This position is primarily responsible for installing Erosion Control Best Management Practices. Good teamwork and communication skills are important fundamentals of this position. A high value is placed on safety culture and performance.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Operates and maintains various equipment such as backhoe, skidsteer, and hydroseeder to accomplish erosion control projects.
2. Assist crew in all aspects of erosion control BMP installation.
3. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow SWN employees and the general public.

| Job Requirements: |
1. Minimum of one years experience with an erosion control installation crew or comparable position.
3. High school diploma required.
4. Valid Arkansas Driver's license. CDL preferred but not required.
5. Good physical agility, ability to access stairways, ability to carry 75 pounds.
