| Job Description: |
Provides leadership in the design and on-going success of the Company’s compensation and benefit programs. Ensures that the compensation, benefits and total rewards programs are aligned with the business objectives and are competitive within the industry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Leads the design, implementation and administration of base salary and short and long term compensation plans. 2. Directs the development and implementation of market pricing, job evaluation, pay structures and/or ranges, and salary planning programs. 3. Identifies benefits related opportunities and challenges and develops solutions and strategies to capitalize on opportunities and challenges. 4. Ensures the effectiveness of employee benefits policies, guidelines, and programs and recommends plan revisions and offerings. 5. Develops manager and employee training, communication strategies, and materials to clearly communicate the Company’s compensation and benefits philosophy. Collaborates with HR Managers, business unit leaders, and senior management to assure key organizational messages are integrated and desired outcomes are achieved. 6. Assists in organizational Human Resource projects/programs as necessary.

| Job Requirements: |
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required. Thorough knowledge in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs is essential. Must possess eight to ten years in the development and design of compensation and benefit related programs. |
