| Job Description: |
Creates and executes recruiting strategies for college recruiting. Proactively analyzes the effectiveness of the various college visits and subsequent hires. Coordinates the scheduling and staffing of campus events to include information sessions, on-campus interviews, and other hosted events. Develops and maintains relationships with college career centers, department heads and affiliate student body organizations. Provides on-going support to college interns and newly hired graduates.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Provides strategic recruiting expertise and guidance for the college recruiting program. 2. Routinely monitors college recruiting practices and trends and makes adjustments as necessary. 3. Supports the intern program which includes communication, evaluation and coordination with management. 4. Posts positions to appropriate college websites, screens resumes and determines next steps. 5. Assists in evaluating targeted recruiting colleges/universities each year and recommends future steps. 6. May assist in new hire orientation and related on-boarding activities. 7. May assist in recruiting activities outside of college recruiting. 8. Tracks applicant data utilizing online recruiting software. 9. Generates standard and ad-hoc reports and analyzes trends in data. 10. Assists in organizational Human Resource projects/programs as necessary.

| Job Requirements: |
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. Two to three years successful recruiting experience is desired. Must possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Must be knowledgeable in laws regarding hiring and recruiting. |
