Job Description:

Supports the compensation program(s) for the Company. Studies and analyzes compensation programs and provides information as necessary to support Human Resource team members such as HR Business Partners, Recruiters, HR Operations function and management. Using market data and trends, determines ranges for positions. Updates Human Resource Information System with market rates, ranges or skill levels. Conducts and participates in compensation surveys. Prepares compensation review materials for mid-year and end of year reviews or as needs arise within the organization in order to maintain competitive. Provides ad-hoc reporting and special studies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Works with Compensation and Benefits Manager on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, budgeting and implementation of new programs.
2. Administers base pay and bonus programs including annual, mid-year, and ad-hoc reviews for base pay and/or bonuses.
3. Manages compensation survey participation and analysis process.
4. Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Works with HR management to educate managers.
6. Analyzes HRIS for compensation needs and makes recommendations if necessary. Works with HRIS or IT team to ensure salary structures, bonus information or other related changes are updated in the system.
7. Assists in organizational Human Resource projects/programs as necessary.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is desired. General compensation knowledge is required including knowledge of state and federal laws. Must possess three to five years experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation plans. Must possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
