| Job Description: |
Establish, verify and maintain accurate revenue and joint interest billing division of interests.
Detail analysis of leases, farmout agreements, title opinion, operating agreements and other contracts and legal documents to determine record title ownership division interest.
Coordinate timely payment of revenues to owners and monitor receipt of revenues from purchasers/outside-operators.
Process ownership changes and respond to interest owner calls.
Analysis, calculation, and maintenance of record title mineral ownership of producing properties for specific geographic areas. Ensure that quality standards are met.
Create and maintain the record title ownership of producing properties, and calculate ownership “divisions of interest” for those properties.
Prepare ownership spreadsheets and setting up master ownership decks for use in the revenue accounting system. Handle suspense owners as appropriate.
Order Division Order Title Opinions and coordinating curing of applicable title requirements and reviewing title opinions for errors.
Resolve working and royalty interest owner division of interest and/or payment problems.
Insure prompt payment from purchasers to ensure prompt revenue cash flow.
Coordinate day-to-day work of D/O technicians.
Insure timely payment of royalties in compliance with state statutes to avoid punitive interest penalties.
Performing other job-related duties as required.

| Job Requirements: |
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions.
College degree in related field, with a minimum of 10 years of division order experience.
Good math and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multiple task.
Candidate should be flexible with changing priorities and possess strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Must be computer-literate.
Punctual and reliable job attendance. |
