| Job Description: |
This position is primarily responsible for operating and repairing CRT equipment and providing guidance to crews (both drilling and CRT.)
Duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Provide guidance and assistance for work crew personnel regarding rigging up, rigging down and operating CRT tools within company policies and procedures.
2. Oversee CRT operations to ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
3. Maintains CRT equipment, vehicles and storage yards to ensure they are in clean and proper order.
4. Prepares and submits casing job operation reports.
5. Investigates accidents/injuries and submits reports.
6. Maintains safety equipment in proper working order and ensures it is in the appropriate locations when needed.
7. Repairs CRT equipment.
8. Responsible fore the safe and effective operation of the CRT equipment and will act as an advisor to the drilling crews during drilling rig casing operations.

| Job Requirements: |
*High school or GED equivalent
*1 to 3 years prior experience is highly preferred
*Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, where exposure to atmospheric conditions of extreme heat/cold, fumes and gases are frequent.
*Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry items of 100 lbs or more on a frequent basis.
*Must have experience using power tools such as electric grinders, hand reamer, power wrenches, torque wrench, air compressor, etc... |
