| Job Description: |
• Coordinate priority projects for a professional HSE staff assigned to operations located within the Fayetteville Shale.
• Establish a strong working relationship with the multi—agencies that regulate our activities.
• Assist local Operations Managers in their project development focusing on the elimination and/or minimization of environmental delays associated with their activities.
• Communicate with the regulatory agencies within the Fayetteville Shale operating area and collaborate with the Business units/Departments concerning agency requirements and regulations.
• Provide a focal point for written communications between the company and the regulatory agencies.
• Provide consistent interpretations and implementation of agency requirements between the Business Units/Departments within the Fayetteville Shale.
• Keep local management informed of noted areas of non-compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work with HSE Departmental Management in the development of processes, procedures and HSE requirements.

| Job Requirements: |
• BS Degree in Environmental Engineering or its equivalent
• 10 + Years HSE Experience
• Working experience within a functioning HSE Department
• Strong working knowledge of Federal and Arkansas environmental regulations and OSHA Standards
• Strong communicator—both written and verbal
• Able to facilitate projects and/or compliance issues across multi--departments
• Oil and gas experience a plus
• Strong environmental experience a plus
