Job Description
INSIGHT IMAGING is a leading provider of radiology services, with more than 180 fixed imaging facilities and mobile units located in over 30 states. We offer a full continuum of diagnostic imaging services that complement existing community healthcare resources and focus on the specific needs of each distinct medical community. The Center Manager II performs a broad range of managerial functions to direct the operations of a multi-modality Imaging Center with revenues greater than 2.5M. The Center Manager will ensure the delivery of quality patient care and customer service.

Examples of essential functions:
  • Train employees regarding company procedures, safety, quality and productivity standards.
  • Ensure that all staff are properly licensed and certified in accordance with company, state and federal requirements.
  • Participate in the development of budget and review of financial statements in order to meet revenue, expense and profit goals.

  • Required Skills
    Candidates must have:
  • One to five years of experience in a healthcare management and supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

    Knowledge of:
  • State and federal health and safety regulations.
  • JCAHO standards of practice.
  • Basic medical equipment operation (O2 tank, pulse oximeter, I.V.’s)
  • Healthcare operations and safety requirements.
  • Field service troubleshooting methods and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance principles and practices.
  • Supervisory principles and leadership techniques.
  • Budgeting practices and administrative requirements.

    ARRT licensure is highly desirable.
