Due to our broad reach and significant growth, our International Tax practice is currently looking to add Senior Managers. Our International Tax Senior Managers have in-depth, first-hand experience in a wide range of industries. We can help you construct effective cross-border strategies and manage your global structural tax rate. We can advise on inbound and outbound structuring, income tax treaties, profit repatriation, loss utilization, cross-border financing, treasury solutions, and much more. Our teams are able to help you structure your business in a tax-efficient manner, both locally and globally.

Responsibilities:
  • Must be familiar with the tax consulting process and the professionalism necessary for the effective diagnosis, solution, development and implementation of clients' tax needs

  • Advise U.S. and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of their international operations as well as coordinating U.S. tax laws with foreign tax laws to develop an optimal worldwide tax strategy

  • Draft and assist in the delivery of proposals for engagements and are knowledgeable about the range of services offered by the organization

  • Provide leadership in timely and quality delivery of services to exceed the expectations of our clients

  • Responsible for engagement budgeting, billing, management and scheduling

  • Responsible for the development and motivation of engagement staff and provide them with leadership, counseling and career guidance

  • Proven extensive technical expertise and have developed their reputation within the International Tax profession

Requirements:
  • A minimum seven years of corporate tax experience

  • The ideal candidate will have several years focused on international taxation

  • Experience with other large accounting firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company

  • Consulting experience is needed

  • Excellent research skills and strong written and verbal communications skills required

  • Excellent project management and presentation skills required

  • Prior supervisory experience required

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Masters in Taxation, Masters in Accounting, or JD/LLM (with undergrad in business related field)

  • CPA required

  • Some travel required
