We advise companies, individuals and their attorneys on a broad range of issues in connection with litigation, mediation and arbitration. Clients rely on our expertise when dealing with complex business matters or when facing a dispute or potential dispute. Directors will work in the following areas:

  • Bankruptcy

  • Intellectual Property

  • Business Insurance Consulting

  • Commercial & Shareholder Disputes

  • Fraud, Forensic & Investigative Services

  • M&A Purchase Price Disputes and Arbitration

  • Tax Litigation

  • Analytical Technology

Responsibilities:

  • Daily interaction with other consultants, professionals and clients

  • Project coordination and supervision of other consultants and paraprofessionals

  • Research, collection and maintenance of a multitude of financial data, evidence and legal and other documents

  • Application of accounting, finance and/or economic principles, analytical skills and logical reasoning abilities in connection with:

    • Financial modeling and analysis

    • Financial statement analysis

    • Financial projections

    • Benchmarking

    • Cost/volume analysis

    • Present value analysis

    • Data and valuation models

    • Spreadsheet and database creation and management

    • Company financial, cash flow and other analyses

    • Development and/or evaluation of damages claims and calculations

    • Business and related valuations

  • Production of and contribution to high-quality work product within established timeframes

  • Drafting of internal and external communications, including client proposals and expert reports, for senior level review
  • Ability to travel, as needed


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Accounting, Finance or Economics); or a Master's Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a professional services environment

  • Time management, organization skills and ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, in order to provide outstanding client service in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate areas in which additional or other services may be beneficial to clients

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven mathematical and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency and ability to maximize applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
