| SUMMARY Responsible for supervising overall plant operations to ensure non-stop production output following safety guidelines and regulations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Insure all safety rules are followed Set production goals and expectation Conduct monthly housekeeping audits Oversee the daily preventative program and coordinate maintenance projects Purchase and maintain adequate inventories Analyze scorecards and production reports Code and approve all plant repair part invoices SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Hire, train, promote and discipline employees Oversee shift personnel QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
