Responsibilities
Temporary Clinical Director

Medical Staffing Network has an immediate opening in our Portland Operation for a Temporary Clinical Director. This position reports directly to the Partnership Manager and works closely with the Recruiter, Branch Manager, QI Manager, Staffing Coordinators, Staffing Partners and Client. This position is full time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of nursing candidates for our prestigious clients and supports our goal of being Portland’s premier medical staffing firm.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Oversee Nurse Quality Program
  • Problem resolution of all clinical and non-clinical issues
  • Customer relations – outside clients
  • Participate in recruiting and client placement activities
  • Facilitate client-specific orientations
  • Biennial competency review for all MSN healthcare professionals associates

Salary commensurate with experience (up to $30 per hour).
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
  • College Degree: BSN required
  • Licensed RN with minimum of 5 years clinical experience
  • Prior management, client relationship building, or staffing experience preferred
  • Proficient with all Microsoft software including email
