| Responsibilities |
MSN is currently seeking a Director of Nursing for our Home Health(private sector) Division.
The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for prospecting, new business acquisition, maintaining/maximizing accounts and closing contracts for the Amarillo, TX region. The DON ensures territory sales objectives are met or exceeded for revenue growth, product line expansion, new account acquisition, and existing account penetration. The DON is (or becomes) a local expert in homecare opportunities and MSN HomeCare’s competitors. The DON is (or becomes) an expert in MSN HomeCare’s prospective and existing accounts and facilitates the ‘matching’ of account ‘needs’ with the appropriate services delivered by the MSN HomeCare branch.

| Qualifications |
You must be an RN or DON with a strong business sense-No exceptions.
BSN preferred but not required.
Minimum 3 to 5+ years experience in PRIVATE home care services or supplemental healthcare staffing is required.
