Medical Staffing Network is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for our local office to do the following:
  • Accurate completion of payroll and billing information input, ensuring timely and accurate payment to field employees and proper invoicing of accounts consistent with regulatory compliance and MSN policies, procedures and standards.
  • Address client problems and client praise, resolving timesheet issues, and building/maintaining relationships with field employees.
  • Process prospective MSN employees paperwork; maintaining qualification credentials; maintaining professional follow-up and quality assurance consistent with regulatory compliance and MSN policies, procedures and standards.
  • Assist the Manager with the accumulation of data for financial reporting purposes.
  • Provide back-up support with additional functions as required to ensure operational needs are met.


This position demands considerable time on the telephone with active employees and clients.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates
  • have at least 1-2 years HR/Payroll background in a supplemental staffing business; a medical background is preferred but not required.
  • have a strong math aptitude and are computer literate.
  • are able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
