Responsibilities
Prospector


Intelistaf Travel is seeking a Prospector to execute all phases of recruitment activities to hire travel employees. Responsibilities include:
  • Candidate sourcing, prescreening, and interviewing to fill travel positions across the United States.
  • Ensuring the screening process runs smoothly and is a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Identifying candidates through multiple search methods including but not limited to outbound phone calls, computer data base searches, referrals and networking
  • Qualifying candidates to meet IHT standards, JCAHO requirements & facility requirements, including proper work experience.
  • Matching qualified candidate to appropriate contract opportunities according to both traveler and facility needs and qualifications
  • Providing outstanding customer service to all clients via timely communication and conflict resolution using various resources and departmental support
  • Complying with expected business growth of both individual and company goals ensuring minimum productivity activities are met daily, weekly and monthly as set forth by management.
  • The appropriate handling of confidential information
Qualifications
Requirements:
  • High school degree
  • 1-2 years of recruiting and/or sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Well organized; detail-oriented
  • Strong assessment skills
  • Resourceful
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Skilled with computer database
The following experience/skills are preferred:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in business or a related area.
  • Experience in recruitment in staffing and/or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and terminology.
