Healthcare Recruiter
We currently have an immediate opening for a Healthcare Recruiter for our Travel Division to be based out of our office in Dallas, TX. The Recruiter will be responsible for executing all phases of recruitment activities to hire nursing healthcare employees and meet client needs. This includes candidate sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, orientation and handling the administrative process to fill local per diem and contract openings.
The Healthcare Recruiter’s main duties include identification and sourcing healthcare professionals through multiple search methods including but not limited to outbound phone calls, computer data base searches, referrals and networking. You will qualify candidates to meet IHT standards, JCAHO and facility requirements, including proper work experience, appropriate skills, positive references and valid licensure documentation. This position will match qualified candidates to appropriate contract opportunities according to both healthcare professional and facility needs/qualifications. The Healthcare Recruiter will also be responsible for negotiation of contract requirements of the healthcare professional, ensuring compliance with company guidelines with respect to revenue and profitability thresholds, as well as maintain and retain healthcare professionals through weekly quality control calls and career path communication to ensure continued satisfaction and employment. This position will also provide outstanding customer service to all clients and healthcare professionals via timely communication and conflict resolution using various resources and departmental support. Will comply with expected business growth of both individual and company goals ensuring minimum productivity activities are met daily, weekly and monthly as set forth by management.

| Qualifications |
- Minimum of 2-3 years recruiting experience required. Knowledge of healthcare operations and terminology a plus but not required.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills including very strong ability to communicate over the phone.
- Excellent customer service orientation and strong assessment skills required.
- Must be very well organized, be detail-oriented, and have the capacity to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
- College degree preferred.
