Sylvania has recently invested millions of dollars to bring in the latest robotics and vision technologies to the Central Falls plant, and we are seeking talented technicians to operate and maintain both glass forming machinery as well as that state of the art automation. Our facility is a successful and important part of keeping Sylvania's customers satisfied. Two years of prior experience in operation or maintenance of production/industrial equipment. Successful completion of a certified technical school would also be considered. Starting pay is over $21.00 with shift differential. We offer a broad, competitive benefit program that includes immediate eligibility for medical benefits, vacation, and company match in our 401(k). Successful candidates to train on day shift for several weeks before transferring to a regular second shift (3pm to 11 pm) or third shift (11 pm to 7am) position. |

We are a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Our regular schedule requires work on one or both days most weekends, but we do feature one 4 day weekend per month. |
