| Requirements: |
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, hydrogeology, or related field
- Eight years relevant work experience in environmental consulting
- Knowledge of hydrogeology, environmental regulations (state and federal), and environmental remediation
- Experience in developing site conceptual models and building
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage a project team to accomplish complex quantitative analysis projects or tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical writing experience
- Experience in training and mentoring junior staff, including establishing, focusing, and tracking staff goals
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record

| Responsibilities: |
- Evaluate environmental data and develop remediation plans
- Strong fiscal management skills
- Prepare and oversee preparation of reports and calculation packages
- Manage staff, schedule, and budget for projects and communicate with clients
- Provide team leadership through delegation of tasks and mentoring junior staff
- Proficient in business development activities
