Our associates are proud to work here! BASIC FUNCTION: The Server is responsible for accurately describing the menu, selling, upselling and delivering food to the guest. This position will work in all aspects of food service in the restarurant, room service, lounge and pool. These are PT positions and there are two AM and two PM positions available. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Interact with guests to take drink and food orders. Describe menu format, individual food items and bar items to guests. 2. Communicate with kitchen for food ordering. 3. Ensure prompt delivery of food to the guest. 4. Have working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and food that is served at the Resort. Suggest pairings of food to wine or beer. 5. Handle all checks and cash according to Resort procedures. 6. Be familiar with all Resort amenities. |

| QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE ľ High school diploma or equivalent. ľ Two years restaurant experience. ľ Good food and service knowledge. ľ Pleasant personality. ľ Excellent communication skills. |
