Our Food and Beverage staff is second to none, and has been strengthened by nationally renowned Executive Chef, Adam Votaw. We are currently searching for experienced line cooks to join our team. The person in this position is responsible for preparation, execution, and presentation of fine dining items. He/She needs to be able to follow the standardized recipes and ensure that food quality, portioning and presentation reflect the Resort's philosophy for fresh, healthful and innovative cuisine. Looking for 2 years experience or culinary school educated must be able to work in high volume environment and be able to stay cool under pressure. The candidate must work well in a team environment highly motivated and dependable. |
