Employment Opportunities

We welcome your interest in the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. We have automated our job application system so that we may better process your job applications. Our new online process is designed to accept information from individual candidates and should not be used by recruiting agencies or those who wish to recommend others for a position at the Foundation.

Our open positions are listed below. We encourage applicants to apply for positions linked to specific job openings, but will accept unsolicited applications by mail for possible future openings. (Unsolicited applications will be retained by the Foundation for one year.) Due to the number of applications received, we are unable to respond to phone inquiries regarding the status of our recruiting. We reserve the right at any time to close the job postings and/or terminate job searches.
