Job Responsibilities:

General Summary: Implements and manages company web site and designs and develops print and web-based materials.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works with Senior Manager, Marketing Communications to manage company web site, create designs for online and print marketing campaigns, and manage design of company collateral strategies to help achieve overall marketing goals.
• Interfaces with field marketing, program marketing and IT to design, implement and maintain web sites, which might include:
• Company web site, xo.com
• Company intranets
• Company extranets
• Product, partner and customer portals
• Helps develop specific IT requirements documentation for web capabilities and improvements
• Develops interactive Flash applications using actionscript
• Knowledge of PHP, ASP or .NET a plus
• Develops mechanisms, working with the marketing team, to convert web traffic into sales leads, sales transactions, and existing customer transactions
• Works with marketing team to help establish appropriate metrics and mechanisms to measure and improve performance of web marketing initiatives
• Assists in the testing and user accessibility of web pages and applications
• Supports and protects the XO brand and brand guidelines in all web initiatives
• In-house graphic design resource for marketing campaigns, both online and print
• Responds rapidly to continuous changes and real-time updates required to web sites
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, information technologies or web-related fields
• Relevant Work Experience: 5-10 years web experience
