Pricing Manager: Works with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance to determine adequate market pricing for TriZetto products and services. May be involved with Sales to determine pricing for a specific deal or client. Primary duties and responsibilities include: - Prepare, seek, approvals, and present price quotes, to include coordinating price change requests, and responses between Field and Financial accounting services, business units and sales. - Work with Pricing Team to develop value-based methods and tools for pricing TriZetto products and hosting services. - Work across all levels and business units with the Company to define pricing and policies of new products. Refine prices for existing products and services. - Develop pro-forma profitability forecasts for complex sales deals. Provide reports to hosting and BPO field finance and operations such as ROI and capacity inventory Education: Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years related work experience. Prefer 8 or more years of related work experience. - Experience in creating price quotes including evaluation of software for customer facing documents. - Previous experience with project financial modeling including concepts like IRR, NPV, Total Cost of Ownerships, Rate of Return, Pro-Formas and Cash Flows based on Pricing - Experience in a hosting organization - Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Technology - Experience in Services and Consulting including IT Technology/ERP Implementation Computer Skills: - Good knowledge of Microsoft Word - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel – must understand typical financial features in Excel (Strongly prefer experience in VB Coding and Macros. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint Other Abilities: - Advanced mathematics aptitude - Advanced communication capabilities - Advanced organizational abilities - Advanced comprehension capabilities - Intermediate hosting and IT support skills - Good knowledge of IT hardware
