Description: As a Senior Usability Designer, candidate must have proven experience and deep understanding of making complex web application interfaces usable and user focused. Ability to quickly synthesize information and scenarios. Excellent communication skills and ability to represent complex information in graphically. Ability to represent complex flows and data relationships in graphical form.

Required Skills:

• 8 or more years experience designing websites with a focus on usability and interaction. • Experience designing interactive transaction websites with complex workflows. • Experience designing website in the Healthcare space. • Experience facilitating diverse sets of stakeholders facilitating and presenting solutions and concepts. • Must have extensive usability experience, creating wireframes and understand workflow logic. • Coding capabilities in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash and Dreamweaver. The ideal candidate will have the technical capabilities to collaborate with development teams and create working prototypes when necessary • BS in Computer Science (Graphic Design or equivalent) • Familiarity with latest Microsoft UI technologies and tools (ASP.NET & XAML) is a plus.
