This position involves delivering optimization consulting services using process engineering skills to TriZetto healthcare customers. The process consulting services involve facilitating an assessment of a clients' existing operation and their business processes, pain points, modeling their existing business processes, analysis, designing and modeling desired business processes and making recommendations on improvements in, people, process and/or technology use. These recommendations are typically intended to serve as a foundation for subsequent product implementation activities, but may also be focused primarily on operational improvements independent of product implementations.

Responsibilities include business coordination/outreach and liaison activities, requirements and issues data gathering, process mapping, analysis, program and project planning. Prepare written and verbal deliverables, reports, and presentations to management. May also work on schedule and budget analysis and apply performance measurement techniques.

o Facets, QNXT, NetworX, CWS, CareAdvanced knowledge is strongly recommended
o Good Provision or other Modeling tool experience
o Good MKS or other Requirements gathering tool experience
o Blues experience is a plus
Travel required - up to 80-100%.


Key background and skills:

• Candidates should have strong background in customer service, project management, with solid background in analysis with Healthcare health plan operations related projects, performing business management, and written communications/synthesis of information.

• Preferred experience in health plan operations management (Sr. positions a plus), strong team player with strong customer interface and coordination skills. 7+ years

• Strong leadership, communication, and business consulting skills are essential. Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience required.
