Description: Primarily directs operations and staff for configuration, claims administration, training, documentation, audits and provider maintenance for assigned BPO clients. Participates in business planning, implementations and projects as needed. Ensures high customer satisfaction by adherence to contractual obligations, policies and procedures. Effectively communicates with clients and internal staff to maintain excellent working relationships.
Primary duties and responsibilities include: Manages client-specific service operations and performance standards to meet and exceed business goals and client SLAs; measures and reports on performance of assigned departments. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws. May require interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance via the KPMS; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Maintains a positive work environment that supports self-directed teams and provides a structure to optimize the experience, skills, knowledge and capability of the teams. Builds and maintains collaborative relationships and alliances with internal and external customers including vendors and offshore partners. Works with implementation staff, finance and other teams to achieve business goals. Identifies potential issues, develops and implements innovative solutions. Participates in the development of strategic, operational and tactical business plans to achieve desired goals. Implements and monitors plans, policies and procedures to ensure client and company goals are met. Manages budget and controls expenses while meeting operational, financial and service level requirements.

| Required Skills: |
Requires Bachelor's degree. 10-15 years with 8+ years management, healthcare/health plan, and external client facing experience. Experience in the operational functions (claims, enrollment, billing, configuration), experience with client implementations preferred. |
