Within TriZetto Services, Service Realization is the process used to develop new service offerings or enhance existing service offerings. Service Realization is a joint Product Management and Product Development process that translates investments into development projects and ensures these projects are completed with full diligence from the initial concept phase through the final service testing and launch phases. The Service Realization Program Manager oversees end-to-end execution of the Service Realization process for TriZetto Services. This position reports to the AVP of Services Product Management.

Specific responsibilities for the Service Realization Program Manager include:
• Oversee the execution of the Service Realization process to ensure that all investments/projects are effectively evaluated and then managed through the Service Realization process. Responsible for execution of the Service Realization release calendar and committee events, which include multiple release cycles across the TriZetto services organization.
• Responsible for maintenance and enhancements of Service Realization process, policy, tools and standards used to increase the quality of Service Realization outcomes and promote organizational adoption of the Service Realization process. Provide advice or recommendations to improve Service Realization methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Inform and maintain proper committees for gate evaluations and ensure that committee participants are educated and involved in the Service Realization process.
• Responsible for the Service Realization communication program including release publications to both internal and external audiences.
• Responsible to determine if Service Realization projects are passing established gate criteria through the Service Realization lifecycle. Manage the escalation process when projects are not meeting quality criteria or falling behind schedule.
• Assist services product managers and development staff with analyzing resources and demand forecast for Service Realization projects to identify and resolve resource constraints, potential budget variances, unassigned work and underutilized resources.
• Define and establish metrics to determine Service Realization efficiency. Continuously monitor, track, update and report various Service Realization metrics to help Hosting Services management measure progress toward established goals and objectives. Provide data analysis and reporting to ensure Service Realization constituents are adequately informed with accurate information to make timely project decisions. Support adoption and compliance with the Service Realization process.


Required Skills
• Requires previous program management experience, with a preference for PMO experience
• Requires 5+ years experience in project management roles, preferably with enterprise software or other large technology projects
• Prefer experience in Product Management or Product Development environments
• Requires previous experience with project financial modeling including concepts like IRR, NPV, budgeting, and critical path constraints
• Prefer experience in healthcare industry, particularly the payer market
• Ability to see the big picture, as well as, work at a detailed level
• Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to be flexible
• Comfortable presenting to audiences at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelors degree strongly preferred
