In this role the candidate will work as a consulting team member on client or internal assignments involving product implementation, enhancement or integration projects. He/She will serve as a product expert to new clients during installations. Also, he/she will provide advice and expertise in system configuration as it applies to the client's business while drawing on managed care, application system technology and business experience as the context for delivery. The candidate will lead/conduct the transfer of Facets application knowledge and analyze customers' business requirements and objectives towards determining the optimal configuration of the customer's business on the product. He/She will work with the customer to document system configuration driven by key business decisions and processes. Finally, the candidate will act as point person between applicable TriZetto departments and the customer to ensure that all application oriented issues relating to the implementation project are appropriately addressed. Travel required - up to 100% Job Requirements Ability to develop general knowledge and understanding of product functionality. Must possess demonstrated skills in analyzing and resolution of somewhat complex problems and work with some latitude for independent judgment under moderate supervision. Must possess creativity, planning, organization, and the ability to follow through on commitments and responsibilities. Good written and oral communication skills, and able to interact with intermediate level contacts internally and externally. Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment. Ability to understand concepts of relational databases. 12 months to three years experience in healthcare or insurance industry in a systems analyst, business analyst, or project manager capacity. Knowledgeable in software applications, preferably healthcare processing system, especially one of the following managed care payor systems: QMACS, AMISYS, Erisco Facets, OAO, RIMS. Proficient in MS Office. Extensive travel required.
