Need a CA Message Manager (CAMM) (f/k/a Assentor) experienced Tech Engineer for support and project work on this Critical application for Compliance/Best practices.
Responsible for identifying, defining, and modeling the technical infrastructure based on the application architecture for new functionality or new application development. This includes the integrated hardware, software, and communications components that provide the technical platform for the application solution and supporting data structures. Works with application engineer and Technical Services to provide a technology solution. A senior level person is the most experienced, with the widest range of experience in various size and types of projects that are relevant to the role. Typically 5 to 8 or more years in the role would be expected.
BASIC FUNCTION: Technical Engineer to administer the critical, complex CA Message Manager (CAMM) system (f/k/a Assentor) which provides company-wide e-mail monitoring and compliance. Both project and support duties involved. Designs, develops and tests program units; works on enhancements/maintenance of existing systems and performs new development as required. Prepares and updates documentation; communicates to keep IS team and clients informed.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree with a major in MIS, Computer Science or a related field or a significant amount of directly related work experience beyond the minimum required for the job. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer with proven expertise in software life cycle and software delivery methodologies. Self-starter with proven leadership ability and decision making skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Proven technical problem solving skills using good judgment in making decisions and finding solutions. Significant experience with MS SQL Server and Windows Server 2003 required. ASP, .NET, IIS and Powershell experience preferred. Proven experience with CA Message Manager or Assentor required.
