RPG FREE Developer (aka Warehouse Management System Consultant)

Responsibilities include the following:
* Comprehend pre-written specifications.
* Design and code new programs on proprietary Warehouse Management System using RPG FREE and utilizing modularization when necessary.
* Modify current programs written in different forms of RPG (RPG III/RPGIV/RPGILE/RPG FREE).
* Thoroughly test all code and programs written or modified.
* Ability to meet expected deadlines.
* Additional responsibilities may arise as needed.

Requirements for this position include the following:
* Excellent communication skills, excellent systems analysis skills.
* Previous experience working on AS/400/Power I System.
* Minimum of 10 years of RPG/RPGLE/RPG FREE, CL.
* Knowledge of Embedded SQL.
* Clear understanding of Quality Assurance process.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus Notes.
* The individual should have a demonstrated track record of hands on experience in warehouse management systems.
* Extensive experience with requirements comprehension, gathering, working on proprietary and packaged software.
* Ability to clearly document code and follow Coding Standards.
