1. Analyze requirements for testability.
2. Using established standards and tools, develop testing documentation to be used by themselves and others for test scenarios.
3. Execute test cases and reports for test plans and using established test data. Must work independently

4. Document testing activity.
5. Log defects while working with a team to establish defect validity , cause and retesting.
6. Perform AdHoc testing
7. Escalate testing issues to more senior testing team.
8. Understand and apply the software development life cycle.
9. Complete task level planning for own work and contribute to over-all test plans.
10. Progress reports
11. Requires strong problem solving skills. ( timelines, creating test cases, testing configurations of systems , data and environment.

Looking for 2-5 years of testing and quality assurance exp. and college degree in Computer Science or related field. Must be able to do presentations and have great teamwork skills.
