The nAblement Apprenticeship program identifies, screens, presents for placement and supports candidates with disabilities for entry-level positions in the Information Technology industry. Candidates may be placed in an apprentice or full-time employee basis. Candidates are recent college graduates who exhibit the required skills and interest for a career in the Information Technology industry. Possible positions may be in areas like business analysis, quality assurance and web application development among others. Students who will graduate within the next year may also apply for positions that may become available.

* Understanding of software testing principles and verifying features

* Must have technical qualities as well as creativity, empathy, and persuasion
* Ability to think outside of the box.

Education
* Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
* Must have confidence in one programming language. (Java, Cobol, C, C++, .NET)
* Broad knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
