Optimum Solutions is an Oracle Certified Advantage Partner looking for talented PeopleSoft Enterprise experts to join our industry-leading HCM Practice. As Oracle’s preferred HCM partner, we are currently leading Oracle’s release of 9.1 with our co-sponsored Oracle|Optimum PeopleSoft HCM v9. 1 Premiere World Tour.
If you have experience with the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, strong technical skills, a desire to work with the most current releases, and a passion for providing outstanding consulting services to customers, we’re interested in talking with you about joining our team.
Position: Sr. PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant
Responsibilities include:
-Maintain a high level of satisfaction with Optimum clients.
-Create high quality deliverables using the Optimum Toolkit.
-Provide technical input during business requirement gathering and fit-gap sessions.
-Define detailed technical designs based on functional business requirements and gap solutions
-Complete technical development tasks using all the PeopleSoft tools
-Execute Unit Testing plans on all assigned customizations, interfaces and reports
-Assist in developing data conversion strategy and associated programs
-Provide technical support during all testing phases
-Debug delivered PeopleSoft functionality and processes
-Provide performance tuning, system administration and infrastructure support
-Demonstrate a high level of teamwork on client project
Requirements:
-BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
-8-12 yrs total relevant professional experience including 4 + years w/ PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS experience to include; 4+ years ERP system implementation experience, 4 + yrs PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS experience, & 4+ yrs PeopleSoft development experience utilizing PeopleSoft tools including PeopleCode, Application Designer, Integration Broker (Application Messaging & Component Interface), Application Engine, SQR
-Experience implementing 2+ of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules: Core HR, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor or Payroll for North America, Talent Acquisition Management, Candidate Gateway, Collaborative Applications
-Experience across all phases of implementation lifecycle
-Knowledge of software implementation methodology
-Excellent leadership & communication skills
