Position: Director, Supply Chain Management Practice
We are looking for an exceptional individual with significant management and implementation experience with Oracle’s E-Business Supply Chain product suite to join the leadership of our industry-leading Supply Chain Management Practice. The Director will share responsibility for growing the practice, expanding Optimum’s capabilities, overseeing the delivery of project work by consultants within the practice and assisting our business development group in pursuing Oracle opportunities. Candidates should be capable of both selling complex solutions and managing the delivery of multiple projects.
Position Requirements:
This position requires considerable experience and knowledge of Oracle’s E-Business product suite, demonstrated project and practice leadership capabilities as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. This position does require travel.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent project management, practice management and leadership skills
- Strong track record of success in leading business development efforts
- 3+ years of consulting practice management experience
- 6+ years Oracle E-Business implementation experience
- 8+ years SCM implementation experience
- Deep understanding of software implementation methodology
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- BA/BS required
