Position: Sr. Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant
Successful candidates will bring hands-on technology/process transformation experience in at least 3 full lifecycle implementations, and are established subject matter experts in Oracle Manufacturing / SCM processes/operations.
Responsibilities include:
-Provide functional and configuration knowledge of Supply Chain software applications, such as Oracle E-Business, Demantra, I2 or Manugistics.
-Manage client relationships within context of individual role.
-Document requirements and actively participate in design, configuration and testing of Supply Chain projects.
-Work closely with customers to collect and understand business, functional, and technical requirements
-Conduct business process review and Fit/Gap analysis
-Guide the design and architecture of the Oracle SCM solution
-Manage the development, testing and implementation of the designed solution
-Manage appropriate communications with customer during the project
-Regional travel required (Monday through Thursday travel should be expected weekly, occasional 5 day travel depending on client/project scope).
Requirements:
-8-12 years total relevant professional experience to include 4 + years Manufacturing / Supply Chain implementation experience
-Experience across all phases of project implementation lifecycle
-Knowledge of software implementation methodology
-Significant experience in at least two of the following Oracle E-Business SCM modules or comparable Demantra, I2, or Manugistics modules: Inventory(INV), Bill of Materials(BOM), Work in Process(WIP), Advanced Supply Chain Planning(ASCP), Manufacturing Scheduling (PLAN), Materials Requirements Planning(MRP),
-Additional Experience in any of the following Oracle or similar software modules is helpful: Cost Management(COST), Project Manufacturing (PROJ-MFG), Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO) & Flow Manufacturing (FLOW) .
- Experience with demand planning and forecasting applications (e.g. Demantra, I2, Manugistics) a plus
-BA/BS degree preferred (Business, Industrial Engineering or Computer CIS) or equivalent experience
-Excellent leadership skills
