Position: Director, HCM Practice
Optimum Solutions is an Oracle Certified Advantage Partner looking for talented PeopleSoft Enterprise experts to join our industry-leading HCM Practice. As Oracle’s preferred HCM partner, we are currently leading Oracle’s release of 9.1 with our co-sponsored Oracle|Optimum PeopleSoft HCM v9. 1 Premiere World Tour.
We are looking for exceptional senior managers with significant experience with PeopleSoft's Human Capital Management (HCM) product suite and substantial management experience to join the leadership of our industry-leading HCM practice. This position will share responsibility for growing the practice, expanding Optimum’s HCM capabilities and overseeing the delivery of project work by consultants within the practice. Candidates should be capable of either leading a complex HCM project or coordinating multiple projects.
Position Requirements:
This hands-on position requires considerable experience with the PeopleSoft HCM product suite and strong functional and demonstrated project leadership skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- 10 + years ERP system implementation experience
- 6 + years PeopleSoft HCM experience
- 3+ years of consulting practice management experience
- Experience in all phases of project implementation lifecycle
- Deep understanding of software implementation methodology
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- BA/BS required
