Optimum Solutions is an Oracle Certified Advantage Partner looking for talented PeopleSoft Enterprise experts to join our industry-leading HCM Practice. As Oracle’s preferred HCM partner, we are currently leading Oracle’s release of 9.1 with our co-sponsored Oracle|Optimum PeopleSoft HCM v9. 1 Premiere World Tour.
If you have experience with the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, strong functional skills, a desire to work with the most current releases, and a passion for providing outstanding consulting services to customers, we’re interested in talking with you about joining our team.
Position: PeopleSoft HCM Project Manager
Responsibilities include:
-Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with customer
-Work closely with customers to collect and understand business, functional, and technical requirements
-Develop and manage detailed project plans.
-Monitor and control project schedule, scope, quality and cost
-Conduct business process review and Fit/Gap analysis.
-Guide the design and architecture of the PeopleSoft HCM solution
-Manage the development, testing and implementation of the designed solution
-Manage all the communications with customer during the project
-Lead project team to successfully deliver on project objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- 5 + years PeopleSoft HCM experience
- 3 + years demonstrated project leadership ability
- Experience in all phases of project implementation lifecycle
- Knowledge of software implementation methodology
- Significant experience in at least two of the following PeopleSoft modules: PeopleSoft Core HR, PeopleSoft Benefits Administration, PeopleSoft Payroll, PeopleSoft Time and Labor, PeopleSoft Recruiting, PeopleSoft Collaborative Applications
- Regional Travel
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
