Optimum Solutions is an Oracle Certified Advantage Partner looking for talented PeopleSoft Enterprise experts to join our industry-leading HCM Practice. As Oracle’s preferred HCM partner, we are currently leading Oracle’s release of 9.1 with our co-sponsored Oracle|Optimum PeopleSoft HCM v9. 1 Premiere World Tour.
If you have experience with the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, strong functional skills with PeopleSoft's Benefits related modules, a desire to work with the most current releases, and a passion for providing outstanding consulting support to customers, we’re interested in talking with you about joining our team.
Position: Sr. PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Administration Consultant
Responsibilities Include:
Business requirements gathering, process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures and documentation.
Requirements:
- 4 + years PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS experience
- Experience with Benefits Administration, COBRA, FSA, Flex Credits, Carrier Interfaces and eBenefits
- Experience with Labor Administration, labor agreements or Union Labor and Collective Bargaining
Agreements.
- Deep configuration knowledge of PeopleSoft Benefits Administration tables
- Basic understanding of HR and Payroll processes specifically benefits earnings and deductions
- Knowledge of integration issues specifically 3rd party carrier interfaces
- Experience in planning and managing open enrollment and life event processing
- Performing fit-gap analysis of requirements to package
- Designing modifications to business processes, policies or system
- Experience in all phases of implementation lifecycle
- Knowledge of software implementation methodology
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
