Position: Director, Business Development
We are currently looking for experienced, proven sales professionals to expand our business development capability. Successful candidates for this position will lead sales initiatives in their respective territory from lead generation through service delivery. Experience in prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing professional service sales at the senior executive level is required.
Position Requirements:
- Successful track record selling Oracle (E-Business, PeopleSoft) solution consulting services.
- Possess analytical and problem solving skills together with business process knowledge sufficient to assess client requirements, work with Optimum’s delivery leaders in identifying appropriate solutions, and lead the development of compelling and successful proposals.
- Ability to articulate value based solutions to complex business problems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work autonomously
- Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Good teamwork skills
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
