Position: Senior Hyperion Planning / Essbase Consultant

Optimum Solutions is an Oracle Certified Advantage Partner looking for talented Oracle Hyperion experts to join our industry-leading Business Intelligence Practice.
If you have experience with Hyperion Planning, strong interpersonal skills, a desire to work with the newest EPM technology, and a passion for providing outstanding consulting services to customers, we’re interested in talking with you about joining our team.
Position Responsibilities:
This hands-on position requires considerable experience with the Oracle Hyperion Planning product suite, Essbase, and strong functional and demonstrated project leadership skills. Some of the key responsibilities for the position are as follows:
- Assist with requirements gathering, developing project scope, and estimating projects
- Serve as one of the hands on leaders for implementation of Hyperion Planning and Essbase
- Develop key business processes for utilizing Hyperion Planning to drive business value for your clients
- Mentor staff through coaching, collaborating, and project management
- Assist business development staff with pre-sales efforts including demand generation
Required Experience:
- 5 + years Financial Planning & Analysis Experience
- 3 + years experience in full lifecycle implementations of Hyperion Planning and Essbase
- Experience in all phases of project implementation lifecycle
- Deep understanding of software implementation methodologies
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to successfully complete implementation work with little supervision / direction
- Team player and results oriented
- Strong analytic background
- BA/BS required
- MBA preferred
