This position is a key member of the Company’s Market Research team, supporting internal market research efforts by providing competitive intelligence, customer segmentation analysis, manufacturing forecasts, user group and advisory team formation and sampling. The Market Research Analyst interprets data, formulates reports and makes recommendations based upon research findings. This position requires excellent analysis, communication and creative problem solving skills. This role will work across all functions and have significant visibility within the Company.
Essential Functions: *Research and gather information related to customers, industry, competitors, and product technology trends. *Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from Web research, analyst reports, focus groups, surveys, and questionnaires to form results and recommendations. *Provide support to product management team in new and existing product evaluations. *Provide ad hoc analysis as necessary.

*Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business, Economics) *Minimum of 5 years previous work experience in a similar position *Ability to process and interpret large quantities of data in short time frames *Maturity to handle ambiguity and adaptive to dynamic environment *Exceptional analytical, communication and creative problem solving skills *Comfortable presenting to and interacting with peers and all levels of management with clear, concise articulation and poise *Strong self-starter capable of achieving results across functions and demonstrated ability to work with dynamic and varied personalities *Exceptional MS Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) *Familiarity with healthcare environment preferred *Knowledge of Siebel and SAP Systems preferred
