The Benefits Analyst will handle day to day processing and maintenance of all employee benefit information.

In order to work effectively as a Benefits Analyst, the position is expected to:
• Administer all benefit plans
• Provide guidance and assistance to employees with claim issues
• Manager all benefits related issues. Work with insurance providers to provide resolution to employees on issues related to coverage and claims and any other related benefit items
• Partner with third party benefits broker to review current and analyze future benefits to determine the best and most cost effective plans to implement
• Prepare and coordinate annual open enrollment – including pre-open enrollment meetings, data gathering, analyzing, evaluating, reporting and reviewing all enrollments
• Review and process monthly benefits invoices for medical, vision, dental, FSA, life insurance, 401(k) and any additional invoices that may arise
• Prepare semi-monthly benefit deductions interface with payroll
• Data entry of all new hires, terminations and changes into BeneTrac and Fidelity
• Process 401(k) enrollments and changes
• Manage non-work related LOA – including processing forms for both Omnicell and The Hartford and provide guidance to employees on the LOA protocol
• Work with benefits broker on reviewing and updating benefits information in Benefits guide and other communications to ensure accuracy
• Monitor/manager BeneTrac
• Process COBRA reimbursements

Required Skills:

The successful candidate will have the following skills:
• Minimum of 5 years experience as human resources generalist and benefits administration
• Knowledge of benefit programs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills a must
• Detail oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Bachelors Degree
