Oakwood Temporary Housing is seeking a polished and professional Account Executive for our sophisticated and fast moving local market.

In this role, the ideal Account Executive will possess experiencve selling to the Federal Governement, it's agencies and departments. Experience with either NASA and the Department of Justice is a plus. The ability to provide Gold Standard customer service to current and future accounts, own one on one consultative partnerships with clients to identify their needs, and drive business growth by creating demand within the unique business mix of the local market.

At Oakwood, Account Executives help our Fortune 1000 customers by serving as a trusted extension of their team to provide temporary housing when, where and how they need it. In this creative business resource role, the Account Executive is responsible for developing relationships with new clients, selling a multitude of service solutions to new and current clients, and managing client accounts that book local, national, and international business with us.

Oakwood is seeking experienced professionals who understand and have experience with a long sales cycle, presenting to C-level executives, developing a consultative business plan for client, and listening to the client. We're seeking individuals who are creative, proactive, confident, assertive, and driven who have the skill set and perspective to be more than a vendor or problem solver. The successful Account Executive has the attitude, mindset and discipline for business resource selling.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prospect, sell, service and manage assigned client accounts
• Cold call potential clients by phone and face to face meetings
• Sales forecasting of client accounts
• Maintain client accounts through consistent client contact
• Create and maintain reports and other documents
• Active member of networking organizations (SHRM, MABTA, ERC & Chamber)
• Monitor competition and understand the local market regarding competitors and clients
• Interact with internal clients to ensure high level service to clients
• Create strategic business plans for client
• Consult and provide all solutions to clients
• Prepare proposals and presentations, as needed
• Gather information for RFP/RFI, as needed
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree highly desireable
• 5+ related consultative and strategic sales experience selling multi services and/or products
• B2B sales experience to large companies, Fortune 1000 experience highly desireable
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Intermediate to Advanced with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
