Ensure quality service delivery, dispatch and scheduling. Serve as an interface to our Dealer and Sales teams.
Schedule and dispatch to meet the varied needs of our Dealer network Maintain primary knowledge base of special agreements, track performance and implement corrective measures to address problems Ensure consumer and automobile dealer requests are processed accurately and in a timely fashion Recommend and implement service recovery measures Field and respond to all inquiries regarding LoJack products and services Expedite workload in the region Respond to service complaints and initiates service recovery Execute task-oriented functions in the department to ensure timely completion
Job Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of customer service, dispatch & scheduling experience Microsoft Office, including Excel. Experience with dispatch and scheduling software preferred. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be personable, enthusiastic, assertive, dependable and self motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
