Asset Management Specialist

Our client is currently searching for an Asset Management Engineer/Specialist for our St. Catharines, Ontario office.

The successful candidate will conceptualize, develop and implement asset and risk management strategies, capital plans, and targeted maintenance and rehabilitation initiatives for a variety of asset owners and operators. The candidate, under direction of the Group Manager, Asset Management, will assist in identifying emerging market and industry trends in that field and relative to our core business objectives. The candidate will also assist in developing functional software tools at a conceptual level to promote effective data management and effective asset management decision making. .

A post graduate degree preferably at Masters level, from an accredited university, preferably in mechanical, chemical, civil, or environmental engineering with a particular emphasis on asset management and/or reliability and or risk mitigation based engineering.
A post graduate degree preferably at Masters level in business management and administration with particular knowledge and experience in asset related accounting practice and finance.
