Description:

• Dispatch and manage Company drivers. • Maintain driver routes. • Manage Intake personnel and Intake operations. • Make sure milk pick-up and delivery to the plants is on schedule. • Complete work orders. • Manage Driver Log Book compliance. • Maintain the minimum required number of trucks to haul Fresh Cheese, Whey, and Powders • Coordinate with logistics to arrange additional hauling as necessary (above minimum).

Required Skills:

• Requires an Associates Degree in a transportation related field and two to four years experience or equivalent experience in a transportation related field. • Clean and valid Class A CDL with T and N endorsements, bulk haulers license, D.O.T. medical card, and LVC training preferred. • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. • Basic personal computer skills. • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
